Groene Wereld

Welcome to De Groene Wereld in Venray, a daycare centre where children aged 0 to 4 discover, grow and develop through play. We are part of Spring Kinderopvang and are located in a charming, distinctive building at Wilgenstraat 10. Here we provide a warm, safe environment in which every child is given the space to flourish at their own pace. Our centre has several groups: a baby group (0-2 years), a toddler group (2-4 years) and a mixed-age group (0-4 years). The toddler group follows the VVE programme Uk en Puk, which prepares children for primary school in a playful way. We maintain a clear daily schedule that respects the rhythm of the very youngest while offering stimulating activities for the toddlers. At De Groene Wereld there is always something to experience. Children can cook in our kitchen, do crafts in the studio, dress up in the theatre or simply enjoy playing in the shared play hall. Our newly landscaped, natural outdoor play area invites exploration and adventure. We work with a permanent team of professional pedagogical staff who give each child personal attention and actively involve parents in their child’s development. We believe it is important for children to eat healthily and diversely. That is why we serve a daily warm, organic meal and healthy snacks. We also devote a lot of attention to outdoor play and nature experience. We love taking the children on discovery trips in our own vegetable garden or making use of the play and learning opportunities in the immediate surroundings. Would you like to know more?
