BSO IKC Het Zwanenbos

BSO IKC Het Zwanenbos is a warm and inclusive after-school care facility located at Kerkenbos 22 in the heart of Zoetermeer. As part of Gro-up childcare, we work intensively with IKC Het Zwanenbos, a unique integral child center offering both regular and special primary education. This collaboration makes us a close-knit team providing professional after-school care for children aged 4 to 9 in a familiar environment. Our BSO is there for all children. We also welcome children with mild behavioral or motor disabilities. Our experienced pedagogical staff are specialized in guiding children with diverse needs. With patience, creativity, and professional skill, they create a safe place where every child can be themselves and develop optimally. We work with consistent staff members, so children build trust and truly feel at home with us. After school, children can join us for varied activities. We offer a wide range of possibilities: from playing games and creative crafts to enjoying outdoor play in our safe outdoor space. Activities are always tailored to the interests and developmental levels of the children. We believe in the power of learning through play and give children the space to make their own choices within a clear framework. With a maximum capacity of 20 children, we provide a homely and manageable environment. This small-scale approach ensures we can give real attention to each child. We work closely with the school and parents to create a continuous line in the upbringing and development of the children. For children from 9 years onwards, we work with parents to ensure a smooth transition to KIDSclub Meerzicht Tec and Fun, where they can move on to appropriate care for older children.
