Welcome to Kinderopvang Grettingalaan in Harlingen! We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years at our childcare center. Our location at Grettingalaan 8 is a spacious and safe place – centrally located in Harlingen – where every child can be themselves. We are a Healthy Childcare organization and therefore promote a healthy lifestyle for children. At our daycare, we challenge children in various ways. We understand that children develop best when they feel safe and comfortable. Therefore, children help decide which activities we do. We have an atelier where we offer creative activities such as arts and crafts. In our vegetable garden, children learn how vegetables and fruits grow, and we use the harvest to cook together in our professional kitchen. This way, they playfully discover where our food comes from! Our outdoor playground offers plenty of opportunities to romp around and discover nature. We regularly go on excursions, for example exploring the area with a biologist. Children receive warm meals, bread meals and healthy snacks. For the little ones, we provide bottle feeding and ensure they can sleep peacefully in our separate sleeping areas. We work in horizontal groups, with babies and toddlers cared for in age groups. Our qualified pedagogical staff ensure that each child receives the attention they deserve. Every day is a new adventure at our childcare location!
