Fris! Kinderdagverblijven BSO Eloy

BSO Eloy is part of Fris! Kinderopvang and is located on the grounds of IKC De Eloy at Klingelbeek 28 in Ugchelen. Thanks to our close partnership with primary school De Eloy, we provide a seamless continuum for children aged 2 to 13. Our after-school care accommodates up to 65 children aged 4 to 13. Every afternoon starts with collecting the children from school. Our pedagogical staff pick up the youngest pupils from De Eloy, allowing parents to work without worry. Upon arrival, the children are welcomed with a self-chosen piece of fruit or vegetable and lemonade. They help pour drinks and clear the table, practising independence in a playful way. Next comes our varied programme. We offer sports and games, arts and crafts, but children are also free to choose outdoor play. Our challenging outdoor space provides plenty of room to run, climb and explore. Joining an activity is never compulsory; we believe it is important that children decide for themselves what they need after a demanding school day. During our table moment we share crackers and drinks. Here too the children learn to help: washing hands, sitting down together, tidying up. We work from the Dalton values that have characterised Fris! Kinderopvang for years: self-confident, playful, caring, connected and structured. These values translate into a homely atmosphere where every child can be themselves and grow step by step towards greater independence. At the end of the day we take plenty of time for parents. We tell them what we did, how it went and answer any questions. This keeps our lines short and our contact personal, exactly as Fris! Kinderopvang believes it should be.
