Welcome to Eigen&Wijzer BSO Ut Bottertjen, located in the former Red Cross building at Slenk 1b in Urk. From the age of 4, children are warmly welcomed for after-school care. We operate from a Christian worldview, believing that every child is unique. This conviction is reflected in everything we do: from the atmosphere in our groups to the themes we choose. In this way, we provide a warm complement to upbringing at home, including in terms of identity. Our after-school care accommodates up to 40 children in a homely, familiar environment. The motto ‘nothing has to, much is allowed’ is central. After school, children can relax, discover through play, and develop at their own pace. Our dedicated pedagogical staff offer a varied program of creative and sports activities, always tailored to current themes. Think of crafts, outdoor play, reading aloud, and collaborating on projects. During school holidays and study days, we go the extra mile: each holiday has its own challenging theme, turning every school-free period into a celebration. We work closely with primary schools in Urk, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. Our location is easily accessible and situated in the multifunctional child center Urk, where young and old meet.
