Fantaziehuis 't Spoor KDV

Welcome to Fantaziehuis ’t Spoor KDV, located at Operettelaan 651 in Utrecht. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 in a safe and familiar environment where every child is free to be themselves. Our facility consists of seven groups: two baby groups, two toddler groups, and one vertical group. We also collaborate closely with two groups from Peutercentrum Irene (Amerpoort), with whom we regularly organise joint activities. Our day always begins with a cheerful morning dance – a daily ritual where children and staff move and laugh together. After that, we choose from a wide range of age-appropriate activities: crafting, singing, making music, and exploring nature. Our three gardens offer space to play, discover, and help in the vegetable patch. We often visit the ducks in the nearby park, learning about seasons, animals, and the world around us. Cooking and baking are fixed parts of our programme. Together we bake cookies or make pancakes, learning about flavours, smells, and teamwork. In the toddler and vertical groups we use a seasonal board, helping children learn about days, time, and weather in a playful way. Beyond the group rooms, we have extra indoor play spaces equipped with gym mats and climbing elements. Here children can burn off energy and develop motor skills in new ways. We believe in the power of imagination, discovery, and playing together. At Fantaziehuis ’t Spoor every child is welcome and given space to develop at their own pace.
