PO 't Hummeltje

Welcome to Peuteropvang ‘t Hummeltje, part of RivaKids, located at Rhenoyseweg 34 in Rhenoy. We offer play-based early learning for toddlers aged 2 to 4. Our program is built around the Piramide curriculum, featuring themed activities that support language development, social play, and exploration. Children also learn to interact with both familiar and new peers, helping them build social confidence. Our space is clearly arranged with different themed corners, making it easy for children to feel at home and choose where they want to play. Everything is offered within one open area, creating a familiar and structured environment. When the weather is nice, we make full use of our safe, child-friendly garden. Here, children can enjoy the sandbox, ride bikes together, or simply play outdoors. The garden is fully fenced to ensure safety. Peuteropvang ‘t Hummeltje is a small-scale setting with a consistent team of dedicated staff who care for the children with passion every day. We value personal attention and a familiar environment, which is why we work with fixed caregivers and a clear daily rhythm. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM during school weeks, excluding public holidays and staff training days. We provide early childhood education (VVE) through the Piramide program, tailored to the world of toddlers and preparing them playfully for primary school. Our location accommodates up to 16 children in one horizontal group for children aged 2 to 4.
