BSO de Plantage

BSO de Plantage is part of the De Plantage child centre, located at Kuyckshof 2 in Meteren. In this familiar setting, children aged 4 to 12 can play with school friends after school and discover their talents. We work closely with the primary school in the same building, ensuring a seamless connection between education and after-school care. Our location features a large outdoor area where children can cycle, romp and explore to their heart’s content. When the weather is less favourable, the spacious gym and kitchen offer plenty of opportunities for sports, games and creative activities. Each holiday has its own theme with challenging creative and sports activities, turning every break into a celebration together with the children. We operate two horizontal groups for children aged 4 to 12. After school, our pedagogical staff pick up the youngest children; older children may come to the BSO on their own. After a calm start with fruit and a chat, children choose whether to join an activity or play freely. We end the day with a healthy snack and more playtime until parents arrive. BSO de Plantage is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 6 p.m. during school weeks. Before-school care (VSO) is available on request. During school holidays we are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
