Eigen&Wijzer PO De Groene Ark

Located in the heart of Lopik at Emmalaan 64, our small-scale childcare centre Eigen&Wijzer PO De Groene Ark offers daycare for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4. As part of CKO De Ark, we provide a home-like atmosphere where every child is seen as unique and is guided in discovering their talents. Our pedagogical professionals follow the child: each child receives care and activities tailored to his or her developmental stage. We spend a lot of time outdoors in our natural garden; even the youngest can safely explore in our special baby garden. We also make regular trips to the library, the shopping centre or the nursing home, so that the children become familiar with their surroundings. For toddlers aged 2 to 4 we offer pre-school education (VVE) through the Uk & Puk programme. By learning through play, we stimulate motor, social-emotional and cognitive development. Our Christian outlook on life is the foundation of everything we do: loving care, respect for every child and attention to nature experience are central.
