Eigen & Wijzer BSO De Veste

Eigen & Wijzer BSO De Veste is located in Dalton Kindcentrum De Veste at Houtkamp 37 in Harderwijk. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. The BSO space is situated in the central hall of the school and is equipped with a large arts-and-crafts cupboard filled with materials, games and creative supplies. Children are free to build, draw or craft to their heart’s content. Pupils can also use the gym for sports and movement activities, or go outside to play on the schoolyard or have a kick-about in the playground. Every month we offer a varied activity programme: from baking and cooking to sports and games. We believe it is important that children have a say in what they would like to do, so that we can connect with their talents and interests. In this way we make every after-school session both educational and enjoyable. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with care and encourage them to discover new things. We work from the conviction that every child is unique and has a natural drive to develop. In a safe and challenging environment, children are given the space to be themselves and to grow.
