Welcome to KDV Dynamis, located at Timpaan 43 in Hoorn. We are part of Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland and have been providing trusted childcare for more than forty years. Children aged 0 to 4 find a safe, home-like place where they can play, discover and grow at their own pace. Our qualified pedagogical staff work in horizontal groups, ensuring that activities and care perfectly match each child’s developmental stage. For toddlers aged 3 we run weekly Driesprong sessions. During these playful moments children practise language, numeracy, motor skills and social abilities in a fun way, always respecting each child’s individual rhythm. Outdoor play is a celebration in our natural discovery garden. Children are encouraged to dig, splash, build and get wonderfully muddy. Rain-boots and overalls are ready for every child, so uninhibited play is possible in every season. Through these experiences children learn about nature, seasons and their own capabilities while developing curiosity and resilience. Rest and routine are central to our daily schedule. Babies sleep in quiet, darkened rooms, while toddlers rest together in a cosy corner with individual beds. Our team aligns sleep patterns with what your child is used to at home, ensuring a smooth transition between home and daycare. Come and see for yourself how we work.
