Kindercentrum D'Ukkies

Welcome to Kindercentrum D’Ukkies, our daycare centre in the heart of Winsum. We are part of Kinderopvang Het Hogeland, a trusted organisation that has been caring for children in the region for many years. Our location at Meeden 1 can accommodate up to 46 children aged 0 to 4 years, making it one of the larger KDV locations in the municipality of Het Hogeland. At D’Ukkies we work according to the pedagogical policy of Kinderopvang Het Hogeland. Central to this are loving attention, a clean and safe environment and guiding and stimulating your child's development. Every day we want to give parents the reassurance: “Today will be fine again. I can go to work with peace of mind.” Our childcare is open daily from 07:00 to 18:00. If desired, we can open the location half an hour earlier and/or longer. Day care can be booked per day with a minimum of 1 half-day of 5 hours (08:00-13:00 or 13:00-18:00). We work with a 51-week annual contract; the closing week between Christmas and New Year is at our expense. It is also possible to only book childcare during school weeks. Kindercentrum D’Ukkies is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 166888606 since 27 February 2006. We offer pre-school education (VE) and have a parent participation crèche. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to give your child a warm second home.
