Atalenta KDV Grasspriet

Atalenta KDV Grasspriet is located at Van de Venstraat 9 in Valkenswaard and is part of Stichting Atalenta, an organisation that has combined childcare and education for over 25 years. At this site we provide daycare (KDV) for children from 0 to 4 years old. We work closely with primary school De Grasspriet, toddler care Duimelot and after-school care Grasspriet, all under one roof. This creates a continuous, familiar environment in which your child can grow from baby to school age in one location. Our small-scale set-up – a maximum of 42 places – ensures calm, overview and personal attention. Every baby, toddler and pre-schooler is given the space to discover, play and develop at their own pace. We follow a fixed daily rhythm with recognisable routines, alternating sleeping, eating, playing and cuddling in a natural flow. Our pedagogical staff are specialised in the youngest age groups and closely monitor your child’s development. Where necessary, we liaise with toddler care and school to ensure a smooth transition later on. Inside our spacious, bright group rooms you will find areas for rest, play and discovery. We have a secure outdoor play area connected to the school garden of De Grasspriet. Here children can become acquainted with natural materials, greenery and fresh air from an early age. Because everything is located under one roof, children will later walk independently to toddler care and then to school without you as a parent having to get used to a new location again.
