Doomijn PSZ De Meidoorn

Welcome to Doomijn PSZ De Meidoorn, a small-scale daycare centre in the green heart of Koekange. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 in one vertical group, where babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers play and learn together. Because we deliberately keep our numbers low, we truly know every child; we see what they need and can respond quickly and personally to their development. Our bright, spacious playroom flows seamlessly into a secure outdoor area with a sandpit, slide, swings and plenty of nature to explore. We love being outside: building castles, baking mud pies, riding tractors or simply running until you’re out of breath. Whenever possible we go on excursions to the nearby petting farm or playground, because real experiences happen beyond our own gate. Inside we create quiet corners for naps or a break from stimulation, and a large open space where we can dance, sing, craft and play games together. We work with weekly themes: from ‘You and Me’ to ‘Traffic’, from ‘Art’ to ‘Animals’. Every activity is designed to stimulate language, motor skills, creativity and social development. Our experienced pedagogical staff closely follow each child’s progress using proven methods that cover all areas of development. Parents are more than welcome. We love it when you join us for a morning, read a story or simply drop in for a coffee. Together with you we create a familiar place where your child feels safe, seen and challenged. At Doomijn PSZ De Meidoorn children grow up in a warm nest, ready for the big world that awaits them.
