Welcome to Doomijn POV Lemstervaart, our daycare centre located at Schokker 4 in the heart of Lemmer. We provide professional childcare for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely, safe environment. Our location is part of the multifunctional Lemstervaart complex, which also houses a primary school and playgroup, offering your child a familiar place to grow and play. Everything we do revolves around your child's development. We follow a clear pedagogical policy where play and learning go hand in hand. Our experienced childcare staff give each child the personal attention they need. We use horizontal groups, bringing children together in age groups. This stimulates social development and allows for tailored activities. We offer early childhood education (VVE), preparing children for primary school through play. Think of language and numeracy activities, as well as creative development through drawing, crafting and singing. Outdoor play is important: our garden invites exploration and movement. For the little ones we have quiet sleeping areas and provide bottle feeding and nappies. Parents can choose half or full days of care, tailored to your working hours. We work closely with parents and keep you informed of your child's development. Together we create a warm second home where your child enjoys going.
