Welcome to Doomijn Peuteropvang Vlasakkers, a fresh and colorful location on the edge of Zwolle city center, located in the cozy neighborhood center 'de Vlasakkers'. Every day is different here as we provide professional care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years. Our modern building features a spacious outdoor playground where children can explore, play and move freely in the fresh air. We follow the VVE program (Early Childhood Education) and focus on learning through play. Our qualified pedagogical staff offer activities that connect with toddlers' world of experience, such as making music, arts and crafts, and language development. We believe children learn best through play, discovery and experimentation. There's plenty of room to make mistakes and get dirty, because that's how you learn. Our location is designed with different corners where children can retreat or play together. We have a quiet sleeping area where children can rest after an active morning. During the day we provide healthy snacks and drinks, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Parents can benefit from flexible childcare hours and we're easily accessible by public transport (bus 4 stops almost at our door). At Doomijn Peuteropvang Vlasakkers, we value collaboration with parents. We see parents as irreplaceable and work together on their child's development. There's always room for consultation and we're happy to share our observations about the children's development. Our approach aims to give children a better starting position, with love for the child and their parents. Together we grow and learn more about what really matters right now.
