At VE peuterspeelzaal De Heezehummels we love doing things together. Doing together, discovering together and experiencing together. Our location at Chroomweg 4 in Apeldoorn is perfectly suited for this. We provide professional toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years in a safe and familiar environment where fun and development are central. Our experienced pedagogical staff guide the children with great attention and care. We work with a clear pedagogical vision that connects with the world of experience of toddlers. Through play and interaction we stimulate development in all areas: social-emotional, motor skills, language and cognitive. We offer various activities such as arts and crafts, reading aloud and outdoor play in our spacious outdoor playground. As a VE-certified toddler care center we provide pre-school education (VVE). This means we pay extra attention to language development and school readiness. We work with themes that connect with the world of experience of toddlers and use recognized VVE methods. Our activities are focused on developing basic skills that are important for a smooth transition to primary school. We offer flexible care options, including half days. During care, children receive a healthy bread meal and fruit. We take allergies and dietary requirements into account. Our location has its own outdoor playground where children can romp and play with natural materials. The groups are horizontally structured, with children of the same age playing and learning together. At De Heezehummels we find it important that parents are involved in their child's development. We therefore work closely with parents and hold regular parent meetings. Our location accommodates a maximum of 16 children, allowing us to give personal attention to each child.
