Welcome to Doomijn KDV Vuurvlinder, located within the OBS Tuindorp broad-based school at Grote Vuurvlinder 2B in Wolvega. We offer daycare for up to 48 children aged 0 to 4 years in a safe and stimulating environment where every child can explore the world through play. Our permanent staff create a familiar yet adventurous atmosphere each day. Every day is different and brings new learning opportunities. We work with exciting themes such as art, nature, and food. Children have plenty of space to develop as true explorers and discoverers. In our large, fenced garden they can picnic on the grass, cycle on the path, or relax in the shade under the trees. We pick our own berries and grapes and work together in the vegetable garden. Dirty hands are simply washed clean again – it’s all part of the fun. Indoors, there are ample opportunities for creative and sensory activities. We bake cakes or pizzas together, learning about tastes, smells and textures in a playful way. The little ones receive all the attention and guidance they need to spread their wings and discover what makes them grow. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:15.
