Welcome to Doomijn KDV Thorbeckelaan, located at Thorbeckelaan 231 in Assen. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in vertical groups, where we always seek a balance between rest, fun and challenge. Our spacious and bright location is situated on the edge of Assen city centre and is part of the multifunctional accommodation Marturia, which also houses CBS Het Kompas and peuteropvang Het Kompas. Children can romp in the play hall, play outside in the grass, build castles in the sandbox or slide down the slide. We regularly take walks to the petting zoo in the forest and pay attention to seasons and holidays. Babies have their own quiet place in special floor boxes, so every child has the space to be themselves. We work with themes that connect to the world of experience of young children and offer pre-school education (VVE). Our opening hours are from 07:30 to 18:15, with fixed drop-off and pick-up times to ensure rest. We offer friendly rates and flexible childcare options. Our team consists of enthusiastic pedagogical staff who every day ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
