Welcome to Doomijn KDV Paulus Potterstraat, our warm daycare center in the heart of Wolvega. Located at Paulus Potterstraat 13C within the local community school, we're surrounded by two primary schools and a playgroup, creating a vibrant environment where children feel at home. We provide care for up to 32 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our doors open at 07:30 and close at 18:15, with flexible early care available from 07:00 upon request. Our dedicated team of pedagogical staff - Linda, Suzanne, Lisette and Afra - together with manager Judith, ensure every child receives the attention they deserve. We believe children learn best through play and discovery. Our activities connect with young children's worlds of experience - we celebrate Saint Martin's Day with lanterns, visit animals from nearby Terra College on Animal Day, and cook together in our Children's Kitchen Café. Indoors, children enjoy our spacious area with cozy corners, while outdoors they explore our green playground and large sports field. Development is central to our approach. We use methods that stimulate all developmental areas and carefully track each child's progress. During parent evenings and walk-in afternoons, we love sharing these developments with parents.
