Doomijn KDV Osseweide

Located right in the Oosterboer neighbourhood, next to the local shopping centre, you will find our daycare centre Doomijn KDV Osseweide. We are housed in ‘de Beemd’, share our building with an out-of-school care facility and live next to senior residents: a complete world for the very youngest. Our permanent team turns this place into a real home, full of fun and adventure. The day starts together in a circle, after which we start crafting, baking cookies, dancing and jumping during gymnastics. Relaxing while the pedagogical staff read a story is of course also part of the programme. We regularly have fun with the elderly residents of the complex; they enjoy cosiness just as much as we do. Outside is just as nice. On our large playground we have fun in the sandpit or sit under the trees with a sandwich we bought together at the bakery. Themes such as art, traffic and ‘you and me’ are covered throughout the year, as are the big celebrations: Sinterklaas, our Summer Festival, Mother’s and Father’s Day. So there is something to experience every day. We love to share all these experiences with parents and carers: daily via ‘photos of the day’ and during personal handover moments. This way, we give our full attention to you and your child.
