At this special location everything revolves around discovery and experience. Our day-care centre is situated in one of the most beautiful spots in Holtenbroek – perhaps even in the whole city – inside the historic neighbourhood farm ‘De Klooienberg’. Right in the middle of greenery, surrounded by animals. It truly is a place to explore, play and learn. How wonderful it is to dash across the farmyard or crawl through the bushes. Muddy hands are welcome here. The little ones get them while tending the plants in our vegetable garden or caring for the farm animals. Every day brings something new: we regularly take the older children for walks along the nature trail beside the Zwarte Water. Growing through play by caring for others and learning in nature – that is what your child does with us, every single day. Indoors is just as lively, with educational and enjoyable activities for every season. We also work closely with the Vrije School. We encourage children to investigate the world through play and challenge them to discover and develop their own abilities and talents. In this way we support their growth, self-reliance, individuality and self-confidence. We do this by offering all kinds of fun and exciting activities and by using methods that pay attention to every area of development. All in a safe, relaxed atmosphere where fun comes first. Our staff are trained to follow your child’s development closely.
