Doomijn KDV Dijkhuizen

Welcome to Doomijn KDV Dijkhuizen, located at Dijkhuizen 68a in Ruinerwold. Our daycare centre provides care for up to 32 children aged 0 to 4 years. A dedicated team of pedagogical staff ensures that every day is different, filled with love and creative ideas. We focus on playful exploration: we challenge children to discover the world and develop their own talents. To do this, we use methods that support all areas of development in a safe, stimulating environment. From 1 April 2025 we will offer care in two groups: a full-day-care group for children aged 0-4 (full or half days) and a toddler group for children aged 2-4. New is our ‘peuterspelen’ service: a 41-week contract on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8:15-12:15, during which we continue to provide pre-school education (VE). Flexible sessions and flex contracts are also available. Our outdoor space is a green playground with two sandpits, a willow den, water-play element and lawns. This enclosed garden is used intensively and offers plenty of opportunities for natural play. We are located in the De Dissel community school and work with other local partners, giving us access to additional facilities such as the gym and sports fields. Our team consists of Simone, Bertine, Natasja, Maike and manager Irma. Together we provide a warm, professional environment where fun comes first and every child has the space to grow.
