Doomijn BSO Sterrenschool

At BSO Sterrenschool, located in the cheerful yellow building at Buys Ballotstraat 62 in Apeldoorn, we make the most of every afternoon after school. We work closely with primary school De Sterrenschool, so our team consists of familiar faces: teachers and pedagogical staff who already know the children. These short lines of communication help us understand every pupil and his or her individuality. Inside we have two cosy rooms. The Play Group offers a doll corner, dress-up clothes and a construction corner, while the studio invites children to craft and be creative. Children who want to relax can head to the Chill Group: sink into cushions with a book, watch a film or play on the PlayStation. Children aged 8 and up even have their own 8+ Chill Corner. Our kitchen is always ready for little chefs who want to cook or bake together. Outside, the playground—renovated in 2019—is a favourite place to run, romp or simply relax. We also love using the large grass field near the gym a little further down the street and the Curie Field when the weather is nice. No two days are the same, because the children decide what we do. This makes every afternoon exciting, challenging and, above all, great fun. Our after-school care is available on weekdays from 14:15 to 18:15; extended care until 19:00 is possible. We also offer before-school care Monday to Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30. We have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 850025357 since 1 January 2005 and can accommodate a maximum of 22 children.
