Welcome to Doomijn BSO Paulus Potterstraat, located at Paulus Potterstraat 13C in the heart of Wolvega. We are part of Stichting Doomijn Kinderopvang Noord and provide after-school care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12. A unique advantage is that we share the building with primary schools Tweespan and OBS Heidepolle, making the transition from school to care just a few steps away. Our focus is on being together, discovering, and having fun. Children can get creative in our arts & crafts and technology room, relax quietly in the reading corner with a book or on the computer, or burn off energy in the playroom where climbing, jumping and hanging are all encouraged. Outdoors we have a large yard and grass field, and we regularly head out to explore nature—every season brings new adventures. Our dedicated pedagogical professionals respond flexibly to the children’s ideas, so every day is different and always enjoyable. We mainly work in horizontal groups, but whenever possible and desired all children play together. This not only fosters social development but also creates a warm, homely atmosphere. We are open on school days from 14:00 to 18:15 and during holidays from 07:30 to 18:15. We also offer before-school care from 07:30 to 08:30; upon request care can start at 07:00.
