Welcome to Doomijn BSO Papaverweg in Zwolle! We are a welcoming after-school care facility where children aged 4 to 12 feel right at home. Located at Papaverweg 59, we have space for up to 38 children and have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) since January 1, 2010, under number 309248838. We are part of Stichting Doomijn, a trusted name in childcare in Zwolle and the surrounding area. Everything we do revolves around playing and discovering together. We work closely with WestWijs Primary School, so children can come straight to us safely after school. Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready every day to give children a fun and stimulating time. We believe children learn best through play, exploration, and shared adventures. That’s why we offer a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors. Our outdoor space is a true paradise for children. We have a large playground with climbing equipment, a sandbox, and even planter boxes where children can grow their own vegetables and flowers. There’s also a shed full of play materials and a grass field where we often play games. Once a week we go to Het Anker for a sports lesson provided by Sportservice Zwolle, where children can try out different sports and games. Indoors, there’s plenty to do as well. We have a cozy home corner, a creative construction area, a quiet reading corner with a dollhouse, and a light table for discoveries. Children can put their own ideas in the wish box, which we then carry out together.
