Doomijn BSO Biezenplein

Welcome to BSO Biezenplein, part of Stichting Doomijn, located on the ground floor of the Christian primary school Het Startblok at Biezenplein 2 in Harderwijk. We provide after-school care for up to 80 children aged 4 to 12. Our spacious location sits right in the Drielanden neighbourhood and offers both a private outdoor yard and direct access to the school’s wooden playground, giving children daily options for indoor or outdoor play. Fun and relaxation are at the heart of everything we do. After school the afternoon starts with a shared moment: recharging with something to eat and drink. Then each child chooses what to do next—one day it might be football in the panna cage, another day creative work in our art studio, baking and decorating cupcakes, playing board games, or quietly reading a book in a cosy corner. We follow the children’s lead: they come up with the most fun and surprising ideas and we make them happen. No two days are the same, and every day is enjoyable. Our qualified pedagogical staff—Daphne, Jiska, Jarein, Vidar, Jannie, Lisanne, Bartho, Nicole, Nina, Marjolein, Emma and Erica—are trained to track each child’s development closely. We encourage playful exploration of the world and challenge children to discover and develop their own talents and abilities. All of this takes place in a safe, relaxed atmosphere where enjoyment comes first. Our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to be both secure and stimulating, allowing children to let off steam while feeling completely at ease. During school holidays we stay open with an exciting holiday programme packed with extra activities, so the fun continues all year round.
