PSG Dikkertje Dap

PSG Dikkertje Dap is a small-scale toddler playgroup located in OBS Willem Lodewijk, just outside the fortress of Bourtange. We provide care for up to 15 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our space is designed to feel homely and cosy, with different themed play corners. Children can explore a home corner, a construction and reading corner, and a craft table. This setup invites children to discover, learn and grow through play. As a VE (early childhood education) location, we pay extra attention to language development and identify potential developmental delays at an early stage. We work closely with the primary school to ensure a smooth transition from toddler care to primary education. Our activities are thematically organised and tailored to the world of young children. Through play, they learn to interact with others, develop independence and have lots of fun. Outside, we have a safe play area where children can run, climb and explore. We only offer half-day care, with flexible morning or afternoon sessions. Our approach is small-scale and personal, ensuring every child receives the attention they deserve.
