Welcome to Devi Sonsbeeck, our warm and intimate daycare centre on the edge of Sonsbeeck park in the Boeimeer district. We provide day care here for children aged 0 to 4 in a homely atmosphere where love, peace and development are central. Our location consists of three horizontal groups: Lotus – the baby group for the very youngest, Sun – the toddler group where curious explorers play, and Rainbow – the pre-school group where imagination and independence are cherished. The baby and toddler groups are connected by a sliding door, allowing us to switch smoothly and offer activities that exactly match each child's developmental level. This ensures that peace is maintained and every child receives the attention they deserve. Outside, our natural garden welcomes the children with greenery, sand, water and endless discoveries. We play, garden and enjoy all the beauty that nature has to offer. Thanks to our direct location on Sonsbeeck park, we regularly take trips to the park forest, where we pick flowers together, collect leaves or simply enjoy running and climbing. Every day starts with a moment of yoga. The children practise breathing, balance and relaxation with us in a playful way. We also offer creative activities in our craft corner, sing songs and read aloud in different languages. We work bilingually (Dutch-English), so that children become familiar with multiple languages from an early age. Our chef prepares fresh, organic meals every day that take food allergies and dietary requirements into account. In between, we serve fruit and healthy snacks, and of course there is always plenty to drink. For the very youngest, we provide bottle feeding according to the home routine. Our team consists of permanent, enthusiastic childcare workers with a passion for their work. We believe that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. We therefore provide a safe environment in which children can be themselves, explore on their own and go home with a big smile. Thanks to our small scale, we know every child and every family personally, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere.
