De Zwingeltjes

Welcome to De Zwingeltjes, a warm and small-scale daycare centre located at Voorstraat 39 in the heart of Fijnaart. We provide care for children from 0 to 4 years in a safe, homely environment where personal attention is paramount. Thanks to our limited group size we can give every baby, toddler and pre-schooler the care and space he or she deserves. We follow the development-oriented Uk & Puk programme, offering structured language and development activities from birth that connect with the young child’s world of experience. For children who need extra language support our location is recognised as an Early Childhood Education (VVE) site in partnership with primary school De Fendert, ensuring a smooth transition into primary education. Our qualified pedagogical staff keep up with the latest insights in infant and toddler care. There is a separate sleeping room for the youngest, a safe play and discovery area for toddlers and pre-schoolers, and a protected outdoor space where children can romp, build sandcastles or simply enjoy a nap in the fresh air. We work with fixed daily routines, familiar faces and clear communication with parents so every child quickly feels at home. At De Zwingeltjes we believe parents and children should feel welcome. We keep our doors open, organise regular parent meetings and share daily photos and brief reports through a secure parent app. Together we create a loving foundation that children enjoy coming to and where parents can leave their child with peace of mind.
