KDV Zuidlaren IKC De Zuid-Wester

KDV de Zuidwester in Zuidlaren is a warm and familiar place for children aged 0 to 4. Located at Julianalaan 78, we share the building with OBS de Zuid-Wester, part of Stichting Baasis. Together we form an Integral Child Centre where children play, make friends and develop at their own pace. Our qualified staff provide development-oriented activities based on the Uk & Puk VE programme. We work thematically and align our activities with the seasons of the year. The themes are also coordinated with the ongoing themes of the primary school, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition for toddlers to group 1. We offer a safe environment where children can explore, play and learn. Through our collaboration with the primary school, we create a continuous learning line and familiar faces for children who will soon take the step to primary education. KDV de Zuidwester is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 243363102 and is supervised by GGD Drenthe. We are part of Kids First Kinderopvang NL B.V. and provide care for up to 7 children per day.
