Welcome to daycare center de Zeesterren, located at Staartweg 35 in Urk. We are part of Stichting Kinderopvang Urk and provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location offers 48 childcare places, divided into 2 toddler groups and 1 daycare group. Each core group accommodates a maximum of 16 children. At de Zeesterren, we work according to the VVE program Startblokken. This program specifically focuses on the language, math, motor skills, and social-emotional development of young children. Our qualified pedagogical staff are dedicated to the development of each child, based on the belief that every child is unique and carries many possibilities within them. The toddler groups are open from 08:30 to 12:30, with care available both morning and afternoon on Mondays. The daycare group is open every weekday for children aged 0-4 years. We work with horizontal groups, where children are cared for in age groups. Our location has recently been inspected by GGD Flevoland and meets all requirements. We have current policy plans for both pedagogical climate and safety and health, which are evaluated and adjusted annually.
