De Zandbak

Welcome to Daycare De Zandbak, part of Kappio childcare, located at C. de Leeuwstraat 14 in 't Zand. We provide a safe foundation for the youngest children in a warm, homely environment. Our daycare group is specially designed for children aged 0 to 3 years. We believe it's important that children can be themselves and learn to trust in their own abilities. Autonomy plays a major role in this. By giving children space to make choices and take initiative, we strengthen their self-confidence and independence. Our toddler group works closely with the primary school. Through this collaboration, we create a smooth transition and offer a continuous learning line that connects well with grade 1. This ensures that toddlers are prepared step by step for the next phase in their development. A wonderful addition to our offering is playing together with the after-school care (BSO). At various times, toddlers come into contact with BSO children. The toddler group classroom is often shared in the afternoon with the (youngest) BSO children. These encounters are valuable: they stimulate social skills, mutual respect, and the feeling of being part of a larger whole. Daycare De Zandbak is open Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM.
