PO De Wereldster

Welcome to PO De Wereldster, our daycare center located on the ground floor of Kindcentrum De WereldSter at Pastoor Dominicus Hexstraat 16 in Meerssen. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely, safe environment specifically designed for the youngest children. Our KDV is part of Kindcentrum De WereldSter, where education, childcare and the library come together under one roof. This unique combination ensures that your child becomes familiar with a rich learning environment from day one. At PO De Wereldster we work with horizontal groups, where children are cared for in age groups. This means that babies and toddlers are cared for separately from preschoolers, allowing us to perfectly tailor care and activities to your child's developmental stage. Our childcare professionals are specialized in guiding young children and create a warm, secure atmosphere in which your child can develop safely. We offer both full and half-day care, with flexibility being central. For parents using preschool care with ECE (Early Childhood Education), there is the option to use our toddler group two mornings a week. This preschool care is specially designed for children from 2 years old and focuses on language development and social skills, using the rich learning environment that the children's center offers, including access to the library. Our daycare center is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 249939332 since July 27, 2018. We work according to GGD guidelines and follow the pedagogical policy of Kindcentrum De WereldSter, where respect, security and development are central.
