De Verwondering

Welcome to BSO De Verwondering, part of Kindcentrum De Verwondering located at Georges Brassensstraat 61 in Lent. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years in close collaboration with De Verwondering primary school. Our qualified pedagogical staff collect children after school and guide them to our spacious care facilities that connect directly to a wonderful garden where children can climb, run and play with sand and water to their heart's content. We work with a shared pedagogical approach where the continuous development line is central. Our staff are familiar with the school environment and teachers, ensuring a warm and trusted transition from school to after-school care. We regularly use the school's playroom for movement activities and sports challenges. In addition to our own BSO, we also offer parents the option to use other childcare organizations in Lent such as Struin, Sport BSO, Stichting Soos and BSO Bij Ons. This flexibility ensures that parents can always find a suitable childcare solution that meets their specific wishes and needs. Our location is equipped with modern facilities and provides a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop through play and discovery. We operate a continuous schedule where children who come to our BSO are collected by our pedagogical staff and guided to the after-school care.
