De Verrekijker

Peuteropvang De Verrekijker is located on the grounds of the asylum seekers center in Katwijk (AZC) at 1e Mientlaan 30A. This location was established in collaboration with the municipality of Katwijk and primary school De Verrekijker. We provide care for children aged 2 to 4 years who are staying at the AZC. Our peuteropvang contributes to the integration process by allowing children to integrate at an early age and become familiar with the Dutch language and customs. We work with horizontal groups, where children of similar ages play and learn together. The childcare is exclusively intended for children from the AZC and is therefore not open for external registrations. We offer half-day care, from 08:30 to 12:30, with a focus on language development and preparation for primary school.
