De Uitdaging

KION BSO De Uitdaging, located in Kindcentrum De Uitdaging at Dick Brunastraat 3 in Nijmegen-Noord, provides after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. We are part of a vibrant child center where De Uitdaging primary school, the daycare center, and the after-school care work together seamlessly. This unique collaboration ensures a continuous developmental line for children from 0 to 12 years. Our pedagogical staff are ready to provide children with a safe and challenging place after school. We work with combination staff: teaching assistants from the primary school who also work at the after-school care. This way, they already know the children well and the activities seamlessly connect to their world of experience. The after-school care uses the modern school building and the adventurous nature garden of Kindcentrum De Uitdaging. Children can play, discover, and relax here after a day at school. We provide care before and after school hours, as well as during holidays and study days. The care takes place in and around the school building, making use of the rich learning environment that the child center offers. Parents register their child for BSO De Uitdaging through KION. We work closely with De Uitdaging primary school, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. Our location is easily accessible for families from the Grote Boel neighborhood and surrounding areas.
