De Uil Kinderopvang

Welcome to De Uil Kinderopvang, a warm and small-scale daycare centre in the heart of Amsterdam Zuid. We provide full-day care from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm for children aged 0 to 4 years. Thanks to our intentionally small size, we operate one vertical group where babies, toddlers and preschoolers play together and learn from one another. This setup gives every child the calm, attention and time they need to tell their own story. We follow the Uk & Puk programme, a unique all-round concept that stimulates children’s broad development through play. By actively engaging with language, movement, music and discovery, children grow at their own pace and build self-confidence and social skills. Our qualified pedagogical staff combine professional knowledge with genuine passion, so you can entrust your child to us with complete peace of mind. At De Uil we value personal contact with parents. Even if you are still expecting, you are warmly invited for a tour. This gives you the chance to meet our staff, experience the atmosphere and ask all your questions. We are happy to take the time for you, because the children always come first.
