Welcome to Kinderopvang De Tivoli – location Sportlaan, our daycare centre at Sportlaan 18 in Hulst. We provide care for up to 48 children aged 0 to 4 in a homely, safe environment tailored to the needs of babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. This location is part of De Tivoli, a registered private childcare organisation that has been active in Hulst since 2013. Everything we do is built on trust, discovery and fun. Our pedagogical staff – including caring baby specialists – are ready every day to guide your child with love. We work with a permanent team so that your child always sees familiar faces and can build strong relationships. We believe in the power of the child and give space to grow at his or her own pace. The groups are arranged by age: babies start in a quiet baby corner with cosy sleeping spots and soft lighting, toddlers receive more stimuli and pre-schoolers work in a separate toddler group where they learn through play and prepare for primary school. We use an official pre-school education programme (VE) that focuses on language, numeracy, motor skills, creativity and social-emotional development. In addition, we regularly organise outings – think of a visit to the local market to buy fresh fruit for our healthy lunch, or a treasure hunt in the industrial museum. Our own Tivoli garden is a true place of discovery. Here children can play outdoors, garden and get to know nature. We believe a healthy lifestyle is important: every day we serve a warm, fresh meal and varied snacks. Special diets are gladly discussed with parents. Flexibility is a matter of course for us. You can choose half or full days and reserve at short notice or cancel free of charge. We are open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feel free to drop by for a tour and experience for yourself how we give your child a second home.
