Welcome to BSO de Thijsse, located at Stakman Bossestraat 39 in the heart of Den Helder. We are part of Stichting Kinderopvang Den Helder and provide after-school care for up to 29 children aged 4 to 12. Our location is situated on the grounds of primary school Dr. Jac. P. Thijsse, with whom we work closely. This allows children to transition safely and seamlessly from school to after-school care without the need for additional transport. Our pedagogical staff are ready to give children a pleasant and engaging afternoon. We offer both calm and structure after a busy school day, as well as space for play, creative activities, and outdoor time. Our approach is guided by a clear vision: children should feel safe and seen, so they can be themselves and grow. That’s why we maintain clear agreements and provide activities that align with the world of primary school children. BSO de Thijsse is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 124797726. We are supervised by the GGD Hollands-Noorden and meet all legal quality standards. For parents, this means childcare allowance is available.
