De Spaaihoeve Cluselaan

Welcome to De Spaaihoeve Cluselaan, our daycare centre located in the Achtse Barrier district of Eindhoven. We are part of Speelleercentrum De Spaaihoeve and provide care for up to 84 children aged 0 to 4. Our single-storey building at Cluselaan 15 is purpose-built for the youngest children: safe, homely rooms, separate sleeping areas with cots and beds, and a large green outdoor playground that connects to a meadow with a climbing hill, monkey bars and sandpit. Everything we do centres on trust and development. Our professional staff work in small, horizontal groups: babies (3-27 months) in Red, Blue and Yellow groups, and toddlers (24-48 months) in Green and Purple groups. Each group has familiar faces, a clear daily rhythm and a rich yet calm environment. We follow the VVE programme ‘Startblokken’ and spend time every day on storytelling, singing and language play. Creative corners, an art studio, a little library and a large kitchen invite exploration and experimentation. Outdoors we learn about nature: the children help care for our chickens, rabbits and fish and pick vegetables and herbs from the school gardens. Care is second nature to us: nappies, wipes, bottle feeding, hot meals, fresh fruit and snacks are all included. We accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. Parents receive photos and reports through Korein’s Parent Portal and are always welcome to drop in for a coffee and a chat.
