De Sloep

Welcome to BSO de Sloep, part of GO! Kinderopvang. Our after-school care centre is located on the first floor of De Driemaster primary school at Wold 15-73 in Lelystad. We provide after-school care for children from De Driemaster and De Horizon primary schools. BSO de Sloep is open every weekday after school until 18:30. On school-free days and during school holidays we offer full-day care. Early-morning care from 07:00 is also available; breakfast is included in this service. During holidays we organise separate groups for 4+ and 6+ children, with activities tailored specifically to these age groups. Our spacious hall and various classrooms are equipped with challenging materials such as a carpentry table and a game console with age-appropriate games. We have created a homely corner in warm colours where children feel safe and can enjoy playing together. Instead of a fixed programme, we consult the children about which theme they would like to explore, for example during the holiday periods. We use the Konnect app, through which parents receive photos, personal journals with reports and up-to-date news. The app also provides digital access to placements, personal data, invoices and annual statements. Parental involvement is important to us: during drop-off and pick-up times, at information evenings or parent meetings, and sometimes at the conclusion of an activity. We aim to have an active parent committee at each location.
