De Skutterties

De Skutterties is located in the village hall 'De Cirkel' in Noordscheschut and offers a single spacious playroom with a large outdoor play area full of things to discover. At our daycare, play is central, because children learn best through play. In addition to free play, we use the Uk&Puk program to support all areas of development. When your child is enrolled, you will have an introductory meeting with one of our pedagogical staff members, either at home or at the location. We believe this personal introduction helps ensure a smooth start for your child. Each day follows a consistent rhythm, which provides children with a sense of security and helps them settle into the group more easily. Some children may need extra support in their development and may qualify for an early childhood education (VE) placement, which requires a VE indication. Throughout the day, we work with the Uk & Puk program. Our staff are trained in 'Peutersprongen' and collaborate closely with various partners in the community. As a parent, you are our most important contact. We also maintain communication with local primary schools such as De Regenboog and De Eben-Haëzer, the library, the child health clinic, and SWWH.
