De Schatkist

Welcome to BSO De Schatkist, part of KOSMO Zuid-Twente, located on the ground floor of the Integral Child Centre at Haaksbergerstraat 410A in Enschede. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 who attend one of our partner primary schools: De Bron, De Fontein, De Koning, Europa, Het Palet, De Spinner, Prinseschool Prinsestraat and St. Jan. Our BSO is inspired by Christian values. Each afternoon starts calmly with a drink and a snack, after which children decide for themselves how they want to spend their time. They can relax in the living room, read in the reading corner, join sports and games in our indoor gym or get creative in the studio. Twice a week our sports coach organises active sessions in the gym. Outside we have two large, green playgrounds with climbing frames, a sandpit and plenty of space for football and dodgeball. Nearby are playground ’d r Prick and Cruyff Court, which we visit regularly. During holidays children from BSO Woelhonk join us, creating even more friends to play with. Children help shape the activity programme. Every month they meet with the children’s councillor to choose themes, crafts or outings they enjoy, keeping the care truly child-centred. We use fixed drop-off and pick-up times so parents and staff can share the day’s experiences. BSO De Schatkist is small-scale and homely. Our experienced pedagogical staff are ready to give your child a safe, enjoyable afternoon.
