De Rotterdamse Peuterschool, location KC de Globetrotter is a small-scale daycare center located in the heart of Katendrecht, Rotterdam. We provide care for up to 15 children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our location is situated at Walhallalaan 116, on the ground floor of the same building as primary school De Globetrotter. This close proximity ensures a smooth and familiar transition to primary school later on. We follow the pre-school education (VE) program, where we stimulate children's language, numeracy, and social skills through play. Our certified pedagogical staff provide each child with the attention and care they need. We use horizontal groups, where children are grouped by age. This creates a calm, familiar, and predictable daily routine. Parents are welcome to participate and share their thoughts. We value parental involvement and regularly organize parent meetings and activities where parents are invited to take part. We also offer the option of half-day care, allowing us to flexibly respond to the needs of parents. Our location is officially registered with the National Childcare Register (LRK) under number 115673192 and is supervised by the GGD Rotterdam-Rijnmond.
