Welcome to De Rotterdamse Peuterschool, location Albert Schweitzer at Jan Steenstraat 30 in Rotterdam Overschie. We provide a safe and stimulating environment for toddlers aged 2 to 4, where play and learning go hand in hand. Our location is officially registered as a daycare centre in the National Childcare Register and has room for up to 32 children. We follow the De Rotterdamse Peuterschool approach: a flying start for every child. Our qualified staff guide children in small groups, focusing on language, numeracy, social-emotional development, motor skills and health. We sing, dance, read, talk and play together. Through play, children learn new things and make a smooth transition to primary school. Our location works closely with Albert Schweitzer primary school. We offer pre-school education (VVE) and tailor our programme to toddlers' development. Parents are welcome to drop in for a tour or to request information. Registration is easy via our website or by contacting the Planning & Placement department. Children can attend up to four mornings a week. We value parental involvement and actively invite parents to participate. Together we ensure that every child can be themselves and explore the world with joy and confidence.
