De Rotsduif

Welcome to Peuteropvang De Rotsduif, a warm community facility in the heart of Windmolenbroek in Almelo. We are located in a charming multifunctional building at Rotsduif 24, where we create a wonderful place for children together with our after-school care. Our toddler care is specially designed for children aged 2 to 4 years, where each child gets the space to be who he or she is. With us, everything revolves around discovering, playing and developing. We work with the preschool method Piramide, where we regularly adapt our interior to the current theme. This creates a varied and stimulating environment in which children learn through play. Our large gym offers plenty of opportunities for movement and motor development, while we also go outside every day to play in our garden. We are located in the middle of the neighborhood and work closely with two primary schools nearby. Together we organize activities such as the gnome trail, where we promote a smooth transition to primary education. Our pedagogical staff have an eye for each child and create a safe and familiar environment in which toddlers can develop optimally. We are a cozy toddler care where children make friends through play and prepare for their next step to primary school.
