De Piloot

BSO De Piloot is part of Kindercampus De Piloot, an Integral Child and Expertise Center (IKEC) located at Nieuwe Ommoordseweg 30 in Rotterdam-Ommoord. Our after-school care is specifically designed for children attending SO De Piloot and SBO De Kring, providing tailored care for students with a cluster-4 indication. We are open five days a week from the end of the school day until 6:30 PM. Our location accommodates up to 12 students from De Piloot and works closely with the school teams. We use a structured approach that aligns with the educational needs of our students. The care takes place in the familiar school building, allowing children to relax in a known environment after school. As part of Kindercampus De Piloot, we collaborate closely with special education, youth care and medical care under one roof. Our childcare professionals are specially trained to guide children with ASD, anxiety disorders and behavioral problems. We provide a safe and predictable environment where every child can develop in their own way. Registration for our after-school care is handled through KindeRdam, our regular partner for appropriate after-school care. We strive for sustainable cooperation with parents and caregivers, with open communication and trust at the center.
