De Pikestjelp

De Pikestjelp is a small-scale toddler care facility operated by Stichting Kinderopvang Friesland, located at Roptawei 7 in the heart of Mitselwier. We provide care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years. Our location is officially registered and known for its safe, homely atmosphere where children quickly feel at home. At De Pikestjelp, we work with small, horizontal groups. This means children of approximately the same age play and learn together. We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM. These fixed mornings provide structure and familiarity, which is important for young children's development. Our pedagogical staff are ready to give your child a warm welcome. We follow the pedagogical policy of Kinderopvang Friesland, with attention, safety and development at its core. Through play, we stimulate your child's language development, social skills and independence. We make use of the spacious indoor and outdoor areas that we share with primary school De Rank. This allows toddlers to play and explore safely outside. We understand that the transition to childcare can be exciting. Therefore, we work closely with parents and ensure a smooth transition. You can bring your child to us with peace of mind, knowing they are in good hands.
