De Peuterboerderij

Welcome to De Peuterboerderij, our daycare centre located in the rural area of Overberg. Since 2004, we have provided a warm second home for children aged 0 to 4 at Woudegge 7. Our family business was born from the belief that children thrive when they spend plenty of time outdoors and interact with animals. We experienced this joy with our own children and wanted to offer the same opportunities to other families. We started with one group of six children per day, but quickly grew to twelve. In 2007 we expanded to two groups and in 2023 we added a third group room. In this small-scale setting we now care for up to 36 children daily, divided into horizontal age groups. Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers each have their own group, perfectly tailored to their stage of development. Everything we do centres on being outside, exploring and playing in nature. Children go outdoors every day, whatever the weather. They play in our spacious garden, meet our farm animals and learn about the world around them in a playful way. We believe it is important for children to feel safe and secure so they can be themselves and grow at their own pace. Our professional team of qualified childcare staff is ready every day to lovingly guide your child. We work closely with parents, because only together can we achieve the best for your child. We offer flexible childcare options, including half-days, to suit your family’s needs. At De Peuterboerderij we believe every child is unique, with their own pace and needs.
